WVU Baseball 2019 Home Schedule

Greater Morgantown Hosts NCAA Baseball Tournament!

This year, the West Virginia University Mountaineers (37-20) earned their 13th NCAA Championship berth in program history and first since 2017!

The NCAA Division I Baseball Championship is held each year from May through June and features 64 college baseball teams in the United States.

Now, baseball fans near and far can head to Mountaineer Country to watch the NCAA tournament right here in Greater Morgantown.

The West Virginia University baseball team has earned the No. 15 national seed and will play three other teams in the 2019 NCAA Morgantown Regional (from Friday, May 31 – Monday, June 3) at Monongalia County Ballpark. Those teams are: No. 2-seed Texas A&M, No. 3-seed Duke, and No. 4-seed Fordham.

The first game West Virginia will play will be against Fordham on Friday, May 31, at 8:00pm.

This is the second time WVU will host an NCAA Regional since 1955–64 years ago!
