We Run! Speed Work
We don’t get faster without a good speed interval! Rain or shine, come join us each Wednesday at ***7pm*** on the Blue Track by the WVU Coliseum for the Bob Baker Mile put on by our friends at Morgantown Running. We will follow up the mile with ladder down speed work starting at roughly ***7:30/45pm***
Workouts will vary each week. Feel free to participate in as much of our pre-determined speed training as you can, or make up your own workout with the best running company around town!
