Howl-O-Ween Doggie Trick or Treat

Whooo let the dogs out? Dog trick or treat night. Vendors will set up along the Reservoir Loop Trail and hand out dog treats. Contest and prize(s) for the best-dressed pooch. Bring something to collect doggie treats. All dogs must be kept on a leash and cleaned up after. Well-behaved dogs only, please.
