Sushi is easy and it does not mean raw fish. I teach children how to make Sushi…so you can certainly do it. Why spend tons of money on prepared ones from stores when you can make your own? We use fresh healthy ingredients and the sky’s the limit on the variations. A lot of Sushi contains no fish at all.
