Hands on Cooking: Mediterranean Dishes
In this class we will make Tzatziki and Gyros Including the Pita wrap from scratch. Make your own Greek Gyros at home people will stalk you for. It isn’t that hard and we have some local farmers and stores to provide you with the lamb. Tabouli & Hummus and Stuffed Grape leaves will also be on the menu.
