Homestead Salad – Mixed field greens with local tomatoes, cucumber and goat cheese with balsamic vinaigrette.
Roasted Pumpkin Soup (Optional) – Heriloom pumpkin soup served with a dollop of creme fraiche.
Mulled Cider Spritizer (Optional) – Spiced housemade heirloom apple cider served with tonic.
Turkey Lasagna: Delicious layers of ground turkey, goat cheese, mozzarella and rich tomato sauce served with seasonal vegetables.
