Before uploading your photograph, you MUST adhere to the following restrictions:

Actual file size may not exceed 2048 kb (2mb) and must be in .jpg, .jpeg or .gif format (myphoto.gif - myphoto.jpg - myphoto.jpeg). Please double check the file size and file type of your photograph BEFORE uploading.

By submitting my entry into the Greater Morgantown Photo-of-the-month Contest, I agree to the rules of the contest and state that I am 18 years of age or older.

NOTE: Depending on the size of your photograph, your connection, Internet traffic and other circumstances, your submission/upload time may take several minutes to complete. Please click the "Submit your entry" button one time only. Your screen will confirm your successful entry when your upload is complete.

In the absence of valuable consideration, I hereby give Greater Morgantown Convention & Visitors Bureau the absolute and irrevocable right and permission, with respect to the photo(s) and/or video that was taken of me or in which I may be included with others:

(a) To copyright the same in his own name or any other name that he may choose.

(b) To use, re-use, air and re-air the same in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other video, in any medium and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) promotion, advertising and trade, and

(c) To use my name in connection therewith if he so chooses. I hereby release and discharge Greater Morgantown Convention & Visitors Bureau from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photo(s) taken on the date of entry including any and all claims for libel.

This authorization and release shall also enure to the benefit of the legal representatives, licensees and assigns of Greater Morgantown Convention & Visitors Bureau as well as, the person(s) for whom the photograph was obtained.

I approve the foregoing and waive any rights in the premises.
