GROUND ZERO FIGHTING SYSTEMS

Ground Zero Fighting Systems was started in Morgantown, WV in 1996 by a handful of determined individuals who loved the sport of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. GZFS has since grown into being one of the most dominant and well-respected jiu-jitsu schools in West Virginia and are considered a growing force on the East Coast.

HAZELTON MILLING COMPANY

Although only open after each Labor Day until winter months, the Hazelton Grist Mill is an operating mill well-known for grinding Preston County buckwheat. Located off I-68, Exit 29. A diesel engine operated mill; it's a private company categorized under Buckwheat Flour that grinds buckwheat into flour. The mill is the only mill in the area that still grinds with a stone. Visitors can order Buckwheat Flour by calling 304-379-7755 or by e-mailing bwflour@frontier.com.
